i4 Asia is committed to the health and safety of people. We will first and foremost immediately comply with the latest government advisories that may come into immediate effect.

We are functional during this time of crises and business continues. We will support and provide services for our clients to the best of our abilities. We have implemented a work from home arrangement. Our business hours continue to be Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm (PHT/GMT+8).

We ask for your support in this time of crises to come together to help business and life continue safely and productively.

This means that:

  • We are fully functional and commit to serving customers even from working at home. You may reach us via email, mobile, or via our contact form. We are sorry but no one can answer our landlines that are in the physical office right now.
  • We will do all meetings and calls online. We highly recommend the use of Google Meet over Zoom due to the high number of security issues on Zoom. We can provide and host Google Meet online calls.
  • We have provided the use of apps like our Freshdesk support portal for support issues and for monday.com to view remote project management and monitoring.
  • We ask for your cooperation to accept online billing statements and to pay your bills to us via bank deposit, online transfer, credit card or via PayPal.
  • We had extended all due payments in March and early April 2020 to help our clients. Kindly understand we may not be able to further extend overdue payments as we have partners and suppliers we need to pay as well. We will do our best to provide services for your business, kindly help us continue ours.
  • Some people may have specific situations where their work with you may be impacted. They may have a family member they need to take care of, quarantine related responsibilities or any family situation as is the nature of working from home. We trust our people to do their professional best but please be additionally patient.
  • Work from home means our Internet connections and mobile signal strength may differ from person to person. Rest assured our business continuity plans for everyone to be as connected as possible but do expect individual variances.

The health and well-being of people is of utmost importance. Please understand that in this COVID-19 period, we will not force anyone to perform any work when they feel their safety is at risk safety is at risk.
